From December 2007 to March 2008, the ITF and the Government Centre for Demining of the Republic of Serbia oraganised and carried out a basic demining and battle area clearance course using different type of exercise mines and ammunition provided by the Ministry of Defence. 35 participants completed the basic course and 7 of them completed an additional course for team leaders for bomb disposal officers.
