(19) The Ad Hoc Working Group of the Whole recommends that the General Assembly request the Secretary-General to administer the voluntary trust fund, established pursuant to paragraph 183 of resolution 64/71, beyond the first five-year cycle and for the duration of the operations of the Regular Process.

5. Also decides to defray the cost of participation of two representatives from each least developed country in the High-level Intergovernmental Meeting by the utilization of unexpended extrabudgetary funds from the voluntary trust fund established in accordance with General Assembly resolution 44/228 of 22 December 1989 and through the reallocation of existing resources of the regular budget, if necessary.
٥ - تقرر أيضا تحمل تكاليف اشتراك ممثلين اثنين من كل بلد من أقل البلدان نموا في الاجتماع الحكومي الدولي الرفيع المستوى باستخدام اﻷموال غير المنفقة الموفرة من موارد خارجة عن الميزانية من الصندوق الاستئماني للتبرعات المنشأ وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٢٤/٢٢٨ المؤرخ ٢٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٩ وعن طريق إعادة توزيع الموارد الحالية للميزانية العادية، إذا لزم اﻷمر.

5. Also decides to defray the cost of participation of two representatives from each least developed country in the High-level Intergovernmental Meeting by the utilization of unexpended extrabudgetary funds from the voluntary trust fund established in accordance with General Assembly resolution 44/228 of 22 December 1989 and through the reallocation of existing resources of the regular budget, if necessary.

Expresses its continued serious concern regarding the lack of resources available in the voluntary trust fund established pursuant to resolution 55/7 for the purpose of assisting developing countries, in particular least developed countries, small island developing States and landlocked developing States, in attending the meetings of the Informal Consultative Process, and urges States to make additional contributions to the trust fund;
