وإذ تلاحظ انسحاب إسرائيل من داخل قطاع غزة ومن أجزاء من شمال الضفة الغربية وأهمية تفكيك المستوطنات فيهما في سياق خريطة الطريق، وإذ تطلب، في هذا الصدد، إلى إسرائيل احترام الالتزام الواقع عليها بموجب خريطة الطريق بتجميد الأنشطة الاستيطانية، بما في ذلك ما يسمى " النمو الطبيعي " للمستوطنات، وإزالة جميع البؤر الاستيطانية التي أنشئت منذ آذار/مارس 2001،

وإذ تلاحظ الانسحاب الإسرائيلي من قطاع غزة وأجزاء من شمال الضفة الغربية وأهمية تفكيك المستوطنات فيها، باعتبار ذلك خطوة نحو تنفيذ خريطة الطريق، وإذ تدعو في هذا الشأن إلى احترام الالتزام الواقع على إسرائيل بموجب خريطة الطريق بتجميد النشاط الاستيطاني، بما في ذلك ما يسمى " النمو الطبيعي " للمستوطنات، وبتفكيك جميع البؤر الاستيطانية المتقدمة التي أنشئت منذ آذار/مارس 2001،
