188. The revised fourth edition of International labour standards - A workers’ education manual and of Maritime Labour Convention and Recommendations was published by ILO in 1998.

In accordance with that resolution, the secretariat has published the fourteenth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Model Regulations, the amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria and the first revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS).

In accordance with that resolution, the secretariat has published the fifteenth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Model Regulations, amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria and the second revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.
وعملا بهذا القرار، نشرت الأمانة الطبعة الخامسة عشرة المنقحة للتوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة: النظام النموذجي، وتعديلات الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة للتوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة: دليل الاختبارات والمعايير، والطبعة الثانية المنقحة من النظام المتوائم عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها.

134. Working paper No. 49, from the Norden Division, presented the fourth revised edition for 2004 of the toponymic guidelines of Finland, which gave comprehensive information on the status of the geographical names of that country, including Finnish, Swedish and Saami names.

This annex contains amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.4), adopted by the Committee at its third session.
يشتمل هذا المرفق على التعديلات التي أدخلتها اللجنة على الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة للتوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة، دليل الاختبارات والمعايير (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.4)، واعتمدتها في دورتها الثالثة.

(a) To circulate the amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System to the Governments of Member States, the specialized agencies and other international organizations concerned;
(أ) أن يعمم التعديلات() التي أدخلت على الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا على حكومات الدول الأعضاء والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية المعنية؛

42. On the basis of that work, the Committee adopted amendments10 to the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals intended to update, clarify or to complement the System concerning, in particular, the following:
42 - واستنادا إلى ذلك العمل، اعتمدت اللجنة تعديلات(10) على الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من النظام المنسّق عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها تهدف إلى تحديث هذا النظام أو توضيحه أو استكماله، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بما يلي:

105. An expert from the Norden Division presented Working Paper No. 25, noting that the fourth revised edition of Toponymic Guidelines for Map Editors and Other Editors for International Use: Finland had been updated.
105 - وعرض خبير من شعبة بلدان الشمال ورقة العمل رقم 25 مشيرا إلى أن الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من المبادئ التوجيهية للأسماء الطبغرافية المخصصة للاستخدام على الصعيد الدولي من قِبل محرري الخرائط وغيرهم من المحررين: فنلندا، وقد جرى تحديثها.

(a) To circulate the amendments to the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals to the Governments of Member States, the specialized agencies and other international organizations concerned;

4. the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals was published for official circulation in Arabic (180 copies), Chinese (120 copies) and Russian (180 copies) and for official circulation and sale in English (2,560 copies), French (635 copies) and Spanish (375 copies).
4 - ونشرت الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها(9) لتعميمها رسميا باللغة العربية (180 نسخة) والصينية (120 نسخة)، والروسية (180 نسخة) وللتعميم والبيع الرسميين باللغة الإنكليزية (560 2 نسخة) والفرنسية (635 نسخة) والإسبانية (375 نسخة).

c. Revision of the guidance document " Linkages between the Globally Harmonized System and the other International Chemicals Conventions " and updating of the document " Understanding the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS): A companion guide to the GHS Purple Book " , based on the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System;9

(b) To publish the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals in all the official languages of the United Nations in the most cost-effective manner no later than the end of 2011 and to make it available on CD-ROM and on the website of the Economic Commission for Europe;
(ب) أن ينشر الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة() للنظام المنسق عالمياً لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها بجميع اللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة، وبأكثر الطرق فعالية من حيث التكاليف، في موعد لا يتجاوز نهاية عام 2011، وأن يتيحها على أقراص مدمجة وعلى الموقع الإلكتروني للجنة الاقتصادية لأوروبا؛

(b) To publish the fourth revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals in all the official languages of the United Nations in the most cost-effective manner, no later than the end of 2011, and to make it available on CD-ROM and on the website of the Economic Commission for Europe;

3. the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria13 was published for official circulation and sale in Arabic (220 copies), Chinese (125 copies), English (3,965 copies), French (805 copies), Russian (200 copies) and Spanish (400 copies).
3 - ونشرت الطبعة الرابعة المنقحة من التوصيات المتعلقة بنقل البضائع الخطرة: دليل الاختبارات والمعايير(13) للتداول والبيع الرسميين بالإسبانية (400 نسخة) والانكليزية (965 3 نسخة) والروسية (200 نسخة) والصينية (125 نسخة) والعربية (220 نسخة) والفرنسية (805 نسخ).

33. On the basis of that work, the Committee adopted amendments2 to the thirteenth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Model Regulations and to the fourth revised edition of the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods: Manual of Tests and Criteria consisting mainly of new or revised provisions concerning:

66. The revised fourth edition of the toponymic guidelines for Estonia was described in a report that provided information on language, linguistic strata, dialects and minority language names and described the names authorities (see E/CONF.101/66/Add.1).
