481- ترحب اللجنة بانضمام الدولة الطرف في عام 2003 إلى اتفاقية لاهاي بشأن حماية الأطفال والتعاون في مجال التبني على الصعيد الدولي، وعلى الرغم من التأخر الكبير في إقرار تطبيقها على الصعيد الوطني، تعترف اللجنة بالجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد.

It requests the State party to report to it, in its next periodic report, on the status of initiatives relating to the protection of economic, social and cultural rights and to provide information with data to enable it to assess the progress made by the State party in this regard.
وتطلب إلى الدولة الطرف إحاطتها علماً في تقريرها الدوري القادم بحالة المبادرات المتعلقة بحماية الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وتقديم معلومات تتضمن بيانات تمكن اللجنة من تقييم التقدم الذي أحرزته الدولة الطرف في هذا الصدد.

239. The Committee expresses concern about the lack of sufficient information on the problem of trafficking of persons to the State party for sexual exploitation and on the measures taken in this respect by it.
