On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, I strongly protest all the above-mentioned violations of the Nicosia FIR and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, which violate international law, as well as Security Council resolutions on Cyprus, and call for their immediate cessation.
وباسم حكومة جمهورية قبرص، أعبر عن احتجاجي الشديد على جميع الانتهاكات المذكورة أعلاه لإقليم معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وهي تشكل انتهاكات للقانون الدولي، فضلا عن قرارات مجلس الأمن بشأن قبرص، وأدعو إلى وقفها فورا.

On 4 October, one (1) F-4 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia FIR, from a south-easterly direction, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Karpasia, before returning afterwards to the FIR of Ankara.
ففـي 4 تشرين الأول/أكتوبـر دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية واحدة من طراز ف - 4 إلى منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا من اتجاه الجنوب الشرقي منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وحلَّقت في منطقة كرباسيا قبل أن تعود إلى منطقة معلومات طيران أنقرة.

On 9 October 1994, from 0742 to 1100 hours, two Turkish Air Force F-16 fighters violated the Nicosia FIR flying at a speed of 400-430 knots at an altitude of 4,500-28,000 feet.
وفي ٩ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٤، من الساعة ٤٢/٠٧ الى الساعة ٠٠/١١، انتهكت طائرات القوات الجوية التركيـــة مــن طراز F-16 منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا محلقة بسرعة تتراوح من ٤٠٠ الى ٤٣٠ عقدة وكانت تحلق على ارتفاع يتراوح من ٥٠٠ ٤ الى ٠٠٠ ٢٨ قدم.

The aircraft then exited the airspace of the Republic and the Nicosia flight information region, heading towards Turkey.
ثم خرجت الطائرات اﻷربع بعد ذلك من المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص ومنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا واتجهت نحو تركيا.

4. Finally, a formation of three aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region at 0940 hours and exited at 1006 hours.
٤ - وأخيرا، دخلت تشكيلة مؤلفة من ثلاث طائرات منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا الساعة ٤٠/٩ وخرجت منها الساعة ٠٦/١٠.

On 6 October 1994, from 0852 until 1105 hours, two Turkish Air Force fighters violated the Nicosia FIR flying at a speed of 255-557 knots and an altitude of 11,700-33,300 feet.
وفي ٦ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٤، من الساعة ٥٢/٠٨ الى الساعة ٠٥/١١، انتهكت طائرتان للقوات الجوية التركية منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا بسرعة تتراوح من ٢٥٥ الى ٥٥٧ عقدة وكانت تحلق على ارتفاع يتراوح من ١١ ٧٠٠ الى ٣٣ ٣٠٠ قدم.

(c) The CN-235 entered the Nicosia FIR and violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Karpasia (Cape of Apostolos Andreas) in a search and rescue mission before exiting the Nicosia FIR.
(ج) دخلت الطائرة من طراز CN-235 منطقة إقليم الطيران لنيقوسيا، وانتهكت المجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلقت فوق منطقة كارباسيا (رأس أبوستولوس أندرياس) بمهمة بحث وإنقاذ قبل أن تغادر منطقة إقليم الطيران لنيقوسيا.

(c) The CN-235 entered the Nicosia FIR, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Karpasia (Cape of Apostolos Andreas) in a search and rescue mission before exiting the Nicosia FIR towards the FIR of Ankara.
(ج) وقد دخلت الطائرة من طراز CN-235 منطقة إقليم الطيران لنيقوسيا، منتهكة بذلك أنظمة الحركة الجوية الدولية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وحلقت فوق منطقة كارباسيا (رأس أبوستولوس أندرياس) بمهمة بحث وإنقاذ قبل أن تغادر منطقة إقليم الطيران لنيقوسيا باتجاه منطقة إقليم الطيران لأنقرا.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region are in violation of international law and international air traffic regulations.
ووفقا لما تضمنه رسائلي السابقة، فإن عمليات الاقتحام غير المأذون بها هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا تشكل انتهاكا للقانون الدولي وﻷنظمة حركة الطيران الدولي.

As stated in my previous letters, such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules.
وكما أشرت في رسائلي السابقة، فإن هذه الاقتحامات غير المأذون بها داخل منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تمثل انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية.

As stated above, such intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules.
وكما ورد أعلاه، فإن عمليات خرق منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص تعتبر انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية.

Such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the airspace of the Republic are in violation of international air traffic rules and seriously endanger civil aviation flights over Cyprus.
وتعتبر عمليات التغلغل هذه غير المأذون بها في منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص انتهاكا للقواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية، وتشكل خطرا شديدا على رحلات الطائرات المدنية فوق قبرص.

وتشكل عمليات الاقتحام هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي للجمهورية انتهاكا لقواعد الملاحة الجوية الدولية ويعرض للخطر رحلات الطيران المدني فوق قبرص.

Such unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the airspace of the Republic are in violation of international air traffic rules and seriously endanger civil aviation flights over Cyprus.
إن هذه الاختراقات غير المأذون بها لمنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا والمجال الجوي للجمهورية تشكل انتهاكا لقواعد الحركة الجوية الدولية وتعرض سلامة الطيران المدني فوق قبرص لخطر كبير.

On the same day, the same Turkish military aircraft entered again the FIR of Nicosia, flying over the occupied area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko, from where it departed on the same day, towards the FIR of Ankara;
وفي نفس اليوم، دخلت الطائرة العسكرية التركية نفسها منطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا مرة أخرى محلقة فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة، قبل أن تهبط في مطار ليفكونيكو غير القانوني الذي غادرت منه في اليوم ذاته في اتجاه منطقة معلومات الطيران لأنقرة؛

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to draw your attention to a new violation of the flight information region of Nicosia by two military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force on 26 January 1998.
بناء على تعليمات من حكومتي، أتشرف بأن أوجه انتباهكم الى انتهاك جديد لمنطقة معلومات الطيران لنيقوسيا ارتكبته طائرتان حربيتان تابعتان للقوات الجوية التركية، في ٢٦ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٨.
