It is proposed to establish a high-level committee, composed of people with practical experience in business, development and government, to define the strategy of the World Solidarity Fund.
ومن المقترح إنشاء لجنة رفيعة المستوى، تشكل من أشخاص لهم خبرة عملية في النشاط الاقتصادي والتنمية والحكم، لتحديد استراتيجية الصندوق العالمي للتضامن.

The Government of Tunisia, which supported the World Solidarity Fund in the United Nations, has also offered to appoint a high-level personality as a member of the Committee.
كذلك فإن حكومة تونس، التي دعمت الصندوق العالمي للتضامن في الأمم المتحدة، قد عرضت تعيين شخصية رفيعة المستوى عضوا في اللجنة.

He noted that the World Solidarity Fund was an innovative mechanism that would support national development efforts along with the energy of community-based organizations, the commitment of individuals and the vibrancy of the private sector.
وأشار إلى أن الصندوق العالمي للتضامن يمثل آلية مبتكرة من شأنها أن تدعم الجهود الإنمائية الوطنية جنبا إلى جنب مع طاقة المنظمات المجتمعية الأساس، والتزام الأفراد، وحيوية القطاع الخاص.

The wide international support enjoyed by the proposal to establish the World Solidarity Fund testifies to the need for such a mechanism, which is aimed at reducing the suffering, poverty, exclusion and marginalization endured by a great number of peoples throughout the world, particularly in Africa.
إن ما حظيت به مبادرة إنشاء الصندوق العالمي للتضامن ومكافحة الفقر من ترحيب دولي واسع يشكل دليلا على الحاجة إلى هذه الآلية التي تهدف إلى التخفيف من وطأة الفقر والإقصاء والتهميش، التي يعاني منها العديد من شعوب العالم، وخاصة شعوب قارتنا الأفريقية.

It is also imperative, in this regard, to speed up the establishment of the proposed high-level committee, whose task is to define the strategy of the World Solidarity Fund and to mobilize the resources needed for its activities.
وفي هذا الصدد، أصبح ضروريا الإسراع بتشكيل اللجنة الرفيعة المستوى المقترح إنشاؤها لتتولى تحديد استراتيجية أنشطة الصندوق العالمي للتضامن وتعبئة ما يحتاجه من موارد.

He also welcomed the measures under way in connection with the operation and strategy of the World Solidarity Fund, which would help to finance projects designed to eradicate poverty.
كما رَحَّب بالتدابير الجاري اتخاذها فيما يتعلق بأداء وإستراتيجية الصندوق العالمي للتضامن الذي سوف يُساعد على تمويل المشاريع الرامية للقضاء على الفقر.
