256. The Committee recommends that the State party take the necessary measures, such as awareness-raising and educational campaigns, to improve the understanding of and respect for the child's right to privacy among parents and other professionals working for and with children.
256- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة، كالتوعية وتنظيم الحملات التثقيفية، بغية تحسين فهم واحترام الوالدين والمهنيين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم لحق الطفل في الخصوصية.

25. While noting that some training activities have been carried out, the Committee is concerned that this training does not include all professionals working for and with children and does not adequately include all the provisions of the Convention.
25- بينما تلاحظ اللجنة تنفيذ بعض الأنشطة التدريبية، فإنها تشعر بالقلق لكون هذا التدريب لا يشمل جميع المهنيين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم ولا يتضمَّن بشكل وافٍ جميع أحكام الاتفاقية.

285. While recognizing the efforts of the State party to disseminate the Convention and to train professionals working for and with children on the provisions and principles of the Convention, as well as to translate the Convention into the Quechua and Shuar languages, the Committee is of the view that these measures need to be reinforced.
285- وبينما تعترف اللجنة بالجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الطرف لنشر الاتفاقية وتدريب الفنيين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم بشأن أحكام ومبادئ الاتفاقية، وكذلك لترجمة الاتفاقية إلى لغتي الكويتشوا والشوار، فإنها ترى أن هناك حاجة إلى تعزيز هذه التدابير.

187. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to disseminate the principles and provisions of the Convention and to undertake systematic education and training for all professional groups working for and with children, and also strengthen its efforts to raise public awareness about the Convention, in particular among children themselves and among parents. 187- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعزز جهودها لنشر مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها، وأن تنظم دورات تثقيفية وتدريبية منتظمة لجميع فئات المهنيين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم ، وأن تعزز جهودها أيضا لإذكاء وعي الجمهور بالاتفاقية، ولا سيما بين الأطفال أنفسهم وبين الآباء.

The Committee recommends that the State party adopt appropriate measures to combat torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment and arbitrary detentions, including systematic training programmes at the national and local level, addressed to all professionals working with and for children on prevention of and protection against torture and other forms of ill-treatment.
39- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باعتماد تدابير مناسبة لمكافحة التعذيب والمعاملة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة وحالات الاحتجاز التعسفي. ومن جملة تلك التدابير برامج تدريب منهجية على المستويين الوطني والمحلي موجهة إلى كل المهنيين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم بغية منع تعرضهم للتعذيب ولأشكال سوء المعاملة الأخرى وحمايتهم منها.

19. While welcoming that training on child rights is provided to all judges of Montenegro and to other professionals working for and with children, the Committee regrets that such training does not reach all professionals working with or for children.
19- ترحب اللجنة بتدريب جميع قضاة الجبل الأسود والمهنيين الآخرين العاملين من أجل الأطفال ومعهم على حقوق الأطفال، لكنها تعرب عن الأسف لأن هذا التدريب لا يتاح لجميع المهنيين العاملين مع الأطفال أو من أجلهم.
