Since 18 April 1999, temporary disability benefit paid to working citizens has been based on the average monthly wage, subject to a ceiling of 10 monthly accounting indexes with the employer bearing the expense.

٤٦ - بشأن حساب مبلغ المساعدة المقدم في حالات العجز المؤقت.

In addition to the medical benefit, the insurance also covers compensation for temporary disability in respect of occupational diseases or industrial accidents.
وبالإضافة إلى الفوائد الطبية، فإن التأمين يقدم أيضاً تعويضا عن العجز المؤقت فيما يتعلق بالأمراض المهنية أو الحوادث الصناعية.

119. In the event of temporary incapacity, the following provisions are applicable:
٩١١- في حالات العجز المؤقت: تطبق اﻷحكام التالية:

335- أما الاستحقاقات المالية، فتدفع في حالة العجز المؤقت أو الإعاقة أو الوفاة.
