Council Regulation (EU) 224/2014 implements the prohibition on technical and financial assistance related to the goods and technology referred to in the Common Military List of the European Union (on the basis of Council Common Position 2008/944/CFSP as amended).
وتنص لائحة المجلس (EU) 224/2014 على تنفيذ الحظر المفروض على المساعدة التقنية والمالية ذات الصلة بالسلع والتكنولوجيا المشار إليها في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي (على أساس الموقف المشترك للمجلس 2008/944/CFSP بصيغته المعدلة).

The regulation set forth in the Government Decree 16/2004. (II. 6.) covers small arms and light weapons since these items are included into its Annex identically as in the case of the European Union's Common Military List.

In this regard, it is worth noting the Control of Exports (Goods and Technology) Order 2009, which provides that goods and technology on the European Union Common Military List cannot be exported " save under and in accordance with a licence " .
وبهذا الشأن، تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مرسوم الرقابة على الصادرات (السلع والتكنولوجيات) لعام 2009 الذي ينص على أن السلع والتكنولوجيات المدرجة في القائمة العسكرية الموحدة للاتحاد الأوروبي محظور تصديرها " إلا بموجب ترخيص ووفقا له " .

Although the Common Doctrine and the Code of Conduct for the Joint Integrated Units were signed by the parties in the Joint Integrated Units Bill on 9 January 2005, information on the signing of an agreement on a Common Military doctrine and code of conduct for the Joint Integrated Units by the parties within the Joint Defence Board is not available, as UNMIS does not have official membership status on the Board

(b) Arms embargo: Belgian law provides that an export authorization is required for the sale, supply, transfer or export of arms and related material (this applies to all goods in the Common Military List of the European Union) to third countries; authorization for the provision of brokering services and other services related to military activities is also required.

The two agencies responsible for the implementation of legal provisions regarding sub-paragraphs 2(a) and (g) of the resolution are functioning within the Hungarian Trade Licensing Office. The main task for the Department of Arms Trade Control, as national authority for conventional arms, is the licensing of trade in military equipments listed in the Government decree 16/2004.(II. 6.) based on the European Union's Common Military List.

33. In the process of investigating specific instances of weapons and military materiel delivered to embargoed parties or embargoed territory, the Group has accumulated information and documentation pertaining to the means and methods utilized by leaders of armed groups, foreign armed groups and networks operating outside of the Transitional Government and integrated military structures to sustain their military apparatus.
33 - أثناء عملية التحقيق في حالات محددة لتوريد أسلحة وعتاد حربي إلى أطراف أو أراض خاضعة للحظر، جمع الفريق معلومات ووثائق تتعلق بالوسائل والطرق التي يستخدمها قادة الجماعات المسلحة والجماعات المسلحة الأجنبية والشبكات العاملة خارج نطاق الحكومة الانتقالية والهياكل العسكرية الموحدة لإمداد أجهزتهم العسكرية بأسباب البقاء.

Before the January-February 2008 attacks by Chadian armed opposition groups against N'Djamena, the Unified Military Command was created to integrate leaders of as many movements as possible to participate in these attacks and to take command decisions jointly.
