3. Article 16 of the Regulations of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund sets out the statutory framework for termination of membership in the Fund:
٣ - تحدد المادة ١٦ من النظام اﻷساسي للصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹطار التشريعي ﻹنهاء العضوية في الصندوق على النحو التالي:

3. Article 16 of the Regulations of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund sets out the statutory framework for termination of membership in the Fund:
٣ - تحدد المادة ١٦ من النظام اﻷساسي للصندوق المشترك للمعاشـات التقاعـــدية لمـــوظفي اﻷمــم المتحدة اﻹطار التشريعي ﻹنهاء العضوية في الصندوق على النحو التالي:

302. The requirements for membership in the Fund are set out in article 3, paragraphs (b) and (c), of the Regulations, which provide that:
٣٠٢ - وشروط العضوية في الصندوق مبينة في الفقرتين )ب( و )ج( من المادة ٣ من النظام اﻷساسي، وفيما يلي نصهما:

membership in the Fund may be terminated by decision of the General Assembly, upon the affirmative recommendation of the Board, following application for termination by a member organization or continued default by an organization in its obligations under these Regulations.
يجوز إنهاء العضوية في الصندوق بقرار من الجمعية العامة، بناء على توصية بالإنهاء من المجلس، ونتيجة لطلب بإنهاء العضوية تقدمه المنظمة العضو أو نتيجة لتخلف المنظمة المستمر عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب النظام الأساسي للصندوق.

وعلى النحو المحدد في المادة 3 (ب) من النظام الأساسي للصندوق، باب العضوية في الصندوق مفتوح أمام الوكالات المتخصصة، وأمام أي منظمة أخرى من المنظمات الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية التي تشارك في النظام الموحد للمرتبات والبدلات وغيرها من شروط الخدمة في الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة.
