23. The first meeting of the Committee of Ten on the monitoring of the programme for IDDA II was held in Dakar, Senegal, from 19 to 20 October 1992.
٢٣ - عُقد الاجتماع اﻷول للجنة العشرة المعنية برصد برنامج العقد الثاني للتنمية الصناعية لافريقيا في داكار، بالسنغال، يومي ١٩ و ٢٠ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٢.

31. The fourteenth meeting of the Joint Committee of the ECA/OAU/UNIDO secretariats on the implementation of the programme for IDDA was held at the headquarters of UNIDO in Vienna, Austria, from 9 to 11 November 1992. Further strengthening of the cooperation among the three secretariats in support of the implementation of the programme for IDDA II was one of the main subjects discussed during the meeting.
٣١ - وعقد الاجتماع الرابع عشر للجنة المشتركة بيـن اﻷمانات والمعنية بتنفيذ برنامج العقـد فـي مقــر اليونيدو في فيينا بالنمسا، من ٩ إلى ١١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٢، وكان من أهم المواضيع التي نوقشت في الاجتماع زيادة تعزيز التعاون فيما بين اﻷمانات لدعم تنفيذ برنامج العقد الثاني للتنمية الصناعية لافريقيا.

In this context, the decision to harmonize the activities of IDDA II and the Second Transport and Communications Decade in Africa (UNTACDA II) is an important step forward.
