- تقوم الدول الأعضاء بتنفيذ مضمون العقد العربي للشباب على المستوى الوطني، وتقدّم تقارير سنوية حول ما تمّ تنفيذه من مشروعات العقد العربي للشباب للأمانة الفنية لمجلس وزراء الشباب والرياضة العرب.

- Under the auspices of the Council of Arab Ministers for Youth and Sports, both the Department of Youth and Sport, as an official body, and the Arab Federation of Youth Organizations, as an Arab civil society body, are working to implement the substance of the Arab Contract for Youth by coordinating between the various relevant Arab parties;
- بإشراف مجلس وزراء الشباب والرياضة العرب يعمل كل من إدارة الشباب والرياضة كإطار رسمي والاتحاد العربي للهيئات الشبابية كإطار أهلي عربي، على تنفيذ مضمون العقد العربي للشباب من خلال التنسيق بين مختلف الأطراف العربية ذات العلاقة.
