In its consideration of the third evaluation report of the Secretary-General (A/52/351), the Assembly identified, in its resolution 52/82, three priorities for action to further equalization of opportunities: (a) accessibility, (b) social services and safety nets, and (c) employment and sustainable livelihoods.
