31. It is noteworthy that the Arab Labour Mobility Convention No. 4 of 1975, ratified by the Syrian Arab Republic by Act No. 70 of 2001, states, in paragraph 1, article 1: " The term `migrant workers' means Arab workers who come to the Arab region for work from another region or a foreign State. "
31- وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الاتفاقية العربية لتنقل الأيدي العاملة رقم 4 لعام 1975 التي صدقت عليها الجمهورية العربية السورية بالقانون رقم 70 لعام 2001 تنص في الفقرة 1 من المادة 1 على ما يلي: " يقصد `بالعمال المهاجرين` العمال العرب الذين يأتون إلى المنطقة العربية للعمل فيها من منطقة أخرى أو من دولة أجنبية " .
