The Committee notes that the State Party has concluded readmission agreements with the European Union (EU) and with Switzerland, and has developed the Strategy for the reintegration of migrant workers returned from neighboring countries as well as its Action Plan approved by the State party in June 2010, to facilitate the regular return of the nationals working abroad and of members of their families.

The Committee notes that the State party is planning, in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration, an organiszed system to monitor and record returning migrant workers.
