2. Decides to extend the provisions of paragraph 6 of resolution 1626 (2005) for the period specified in paragraph 1 above;
2 - يقرر تمديد العمل بأحكام الفقرة 6 من القرار 1626 (2005) على مدار الفترة المحددة في الفقرة 1 أعلاه؛

52. Ms. EVATT said that, according to paragraph 112 of the report, the provisions of paragraph 8 of the Provisional Law on Compulsory Military Service concerning alternative service had been suspended.

4. Further decides that the provisions of paragraph 5 of resolution 49/52 shall continue to apply, and that the methods of work and procedures outlined in the annex to the present resolution shall be followed.
٤ - تقرر كذلك أن يستمر العمل بأحكام الفقرة ٥ من القرار ٩٤/٢٥ وبأن تُتبع أساليب العمل واﻹجراءات المبينة في مرفق هذا القرار.

The Assembly would also decide in this draft resolution that on the completion of its mandate the Working Group of the Whole shall report directly to the General Assembly and that the provisions of paragraph 5 of resolution 49/52 shall continue to apply.

On 24 April, at a formal meeting, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1476 (2003), extending until 3 June 2003 the provisions of paragraph 4 of resolution 1472 (2003).

In addition to the documents listed in paragraph 3 of documents A/50/834 and Add.1, the Committee had before it the reports of the Secretary-General on the extension up to 31 December 1996 of the provisions of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 49/222 B (A/C.5/50/61) and reasonable time for staff representational activities (A/C.5/50/64).

10. At the resumed 64th meeting, on 3 June, the representative of New Zealand introduced a draft decision entitled " Extension of the provisions of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 49/222 B relating to the employment of retirees by Conference Services " (A/C.5/50/L.70), submitted by the Chairman of the Committee on the basis of informal consultations.
١٠ - في الجلسة ٦٤ المستأنفة، المعقودة في ٣ حزيران/يونيه، عرض ممثل نيوزيلندا مشروع مقرر بعنوان " تمديد العمل بأحكام الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/٢٢٢ باء المتعلق بقيام خدمات المؤتمرات باستخدام المتقاعدين " (A/C.5.50/L.70)، قدمه الرئيس على أساس مشاورات غير رسمية.

However, in its decision 50/485 of 7 June 1996, which had been adopted on the report of the Fifth Committee, the General Assembly had decided to extend the provisions of paragraph 6 of its resolution 49/222 B relating to the employment of retirees by Conference Services until 30 October 1996 and that no further extension of that derogation would be granted beyond that date.
واستدرك قائلا إن الجمعية العامة قد قررت، في مقررها ٠٥/٥٨٤ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ٦٩٩١ المعتمد بناء على تقرير اللجنة الخامسة، مد العمل بأحكام الفقرة ٦ من قرارها ٩٤/٢٢٢ باء المتصل بتوظيف دوائر شؤون المؤتمرات للمتقاعدين ليظل ساري المفعول حتى ٠٣ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر عام ٦٩٩١، وإنه بعد ذلك التاريخ لن يمدد مرة أخرى ذلك التعطيل الجزئي للحكم المقصود.

61. By paragraph 1 of resolution 1782 (2007), the Security Council renewed until 31 October 2008 the provisions of paragraph 6 of resolution 1643 (2005), by which it decided that all States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the import of all rough diamonds from Côte d'Ivoire to their territory.
61 - مدد مجلس الأمن، بموجب الفقرة 1 من القرار 1782 (2007)، العمل بأحكام الفقرة 6 من القرار 1643 (2005)، حتى 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2008، والتي قرر بموجبها أن تتخذ جميع الدول التدابير اللازمة لمنع استيراد جميع أنواع الماس الخام من كوت ديفوار إلى أراضيها.

252. During its resumed fiftieth session, on 7 June 1996, the General Assembly approved a decision (50/485) recommended by the Fifth Committee related to the " Extension of the provisions of paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 49/222 B relating to the employment of retirees by Conference Services " .
٢٥٢ - اتخذت الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين المستأنفة، في ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦، مقررا )50/485( بناء على توصية اللجنة الخامسة يتعلق ﺑ " تمديد العمل بأحكام الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٩٤/٢٢٢ باء المتعلق باستخدام المتقاعدين من جانب خدمات المؤتمرات " .
