35. During the period under review, regional and subregional organizations have been increasingly active in implementing the Programme of Action, as illustrated by the examples given below.
35 - عملت المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية بنشاط متزايد خلال الفترة قيد الاستعراض في تنفيذ برنامج العمل على النحو الذي تصوره الأنشطة الواردة أدناه.

4. The achievement of the following measures is important in the full realization and effective implementation of article VI, including the programme of action as reflected below:

It is clear from the slow international response to the crisis in Mali that the African Standby Force, with its rapid deployment capability, has yet to operate as initially envisaged.
ويتضح من بطء الاستجابة الدولية للأزمة في مالي أن القوة الاحتياطية الأفريقية لم تتمكن بعد، رغم قدرتها على الانتشار السريع، من العمل على النحو المتوخى لها أساسا.

Based on this experience, we encourage the United Nations to furnish the international tribunal to be created in Rwanda with the means to function as it should, in order to spare us further disappointments and tragedies.
وفي ضوء هذه التجربة، نشجع اﻷمم المتحدة على أن تزود المحكمة الدولية التي ستنشأ في رواندا بالوسائل الكفيلة بتمكينها من العمل على النحو الواجب كيما تجنبنا المزيد من الاحباطات والمآسي.
