Noting with grave concern that, despite the efforts of the international community, the principal objectives of the two Decades for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination have not been attained and that millions of human beings continue to this day to be the victims of varied forms of racism and racial discrimination,
وإذ تلاحظ بقلق شديد أنه، على الرغم من جهود المجتمع الدولي، لم تتحقق اﻷهداف الرئيسية لعقدي العمل لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وأن ملايين من البشر ما زالوا حتى اليوم ضحايا ﻷشكال مختلفة من العنصرية والتمييز العنصري،

16. Considers that voluntary contributions to the Trust Fund for the Programme for the Decade for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination are indispensable for the implementation of the Programme;
٦١ - ترى أن التبرع للصندوق الاستئماني لبرنامج عقد العمل لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري أمر لا غنى عنه لتنفيذ البرنامج؛

Ms. HORIUCHI (Japan), explaining her delegation's position on the draft resolution, said that while Japan had joined the consensus, it had reservations regarding paragraph 2, which urged Member States to consider earmarking funds specially for the mandate of the Special Rapporteur within the Trust Fund for the Programme for the Decade for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination.
٣٣ - السيدة هوريوشي )اليابان(: قالت معلﱢلة موقف وفدها من مشروع القرار إن لدى اليابان على الرغم من انضمامها إلى توافق اﻵراء تحفظات بشأن الفقرة ٢ التي تحث الدول اﻷعضاء على النظر في رصد أموال خصيصا لولاية المقرر الخاص في إطار الصندوق الاستئماني لبرنامج عقد العمل لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري.

126. The Working Group calls upon States to earmark contributions to the Trust Fund for the Programme for the Decade for Action to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination (Durban Fund) to fund the participation of civil society, including relevant NGOs, in its sessions.
126- ويطلب الفريق العامل إلى الدول تخصيص مساهمات للصندوق الاستئماني لبرنامج عقد العمل لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري (صندوق ديربان) من أجل تمويل مشاركة المجتمع المدني، بما في ذلك المنظمات غير الحكومية ذات الصلة، في دوراته.
