Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Centre for Human Rights and the Special Rapporteur on violence against women, as well as all relevant bodies and programmes in the United Nations system, when addressing the issue of violence against women to give particular attention to the issue of violence perpetrated against women migrant workers;
٧- تطلب أن يقوم مفوض اﻷمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الانسان ومركز حقوق الانسان والمقرر الخاص بشأن العنف ضد المرأة، فضلا عن الهيئات والبرامج ذات الصلة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، باعطاء اهتمام خاص لمسألة العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات لدى تناول قضية العنف ضد المرأة؛

10. Invites the Special Rapporteur on violence against women to continue to include among the urgent issues pertaining to her mandate the violence perpetrated against women migrant workers and to consider including her findings in her report to the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session;
٠١- تدعو المقررة الخاصة المعنية بالعنف ضد المرأة الى أن تواصل ادراج العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات ضمن المسائل المستعجلة المتصلة بولايتها وأن تنظر في ادراج استنتاجاتها في تقريرها الذي يقدم الى لجنة حقوق الانسان في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

" 8. Reiterates its recommendation to the Commission on Human Rights to make the protection and promotion of the rights of women migrant workers one of its priority concerns, and for the Special Rapporteur of the Commission to continue to include among the urgent issues pertaining to her mandate the violence perpetrated against women migrant workers;
" ٨ - تكرر توصيتها للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان بأن تجعل حماية وتعزيز حقوق العاملات المهاجرات أحد اهتماماتها ذات اﻷولوية، وتكرر دعوتها للمقررة الخاصة للجنة بأن تواصل إدراج مسألة العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات ضمن المسائل الملحة الواقعة ضمن ولايتها؛

6. Invites the Special Rapporteur on violence against women to include among the urgent issues pertaining to her or his mandate the violence perpetrated against women migrant workers, and to furnish a copy of her or his first report to the Commission on the Status of Women at its thirty-ninth session, as well as copies of subsequent reports to the corresponding succeeding sessions of the Commission;
٦ - تدعو المقررة الخاصة المعنية بالعنف ضد المرأة الى تضمين المسائل الملحة المتصلة بولايتها، مسألة العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات وتقديم نسخة من تقريرها اﻷول الى لجنة مركز المرأة في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين وتقديم نسخ من تقاريرها اللاحقة الى اللجنة في دوراتها المتعاقبة المناظرة؛

The Assembly particularly urged the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on violence against women to continue to include violence against women migrant workers among the urgent issues pertaining to her mandate.
وحثت الجمعية بشكل خاص المقررة الخاصة للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان المعنية بمسألة العنف ضد المرأة، على أن تواصل إدراج مسألة العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات ضمن القضايا العاجلة المتصلة بولايتها.

Concerned States should be held accountable, in accordance with the " due diligence principle " , for their inaction on issues of violence against women migrant workers.
فينبغي أن تلقى المسؤولية على الدول المعنية، بموجب " مبدأ الحرص الواجب " ، فيما يتعلق بتخاذلها إزاء مسائل العنف المرتكب ضد العاملات المهاجرات.
