25- تقوم اللجنة، عند الانتهاء من نظرها في تقرير الدولة الطرف، باعتماد ملاحظات ختامية تعكس موقف اللجنة فيما يتعلق بحالة تنفيذ العهد من جانب الحكومة المعنية.

In such circumstances, the Committee, referring to its jurisprudence, considers that no question of a violation of the Covenant by the State party can arise on the basis of the pronouncement of the author's conviction and sentence in another State.
