The Committee recommends that the State party take concrete steps to review the policy and practice of early orientation and classification of pupils, taking particular account of the impact of the practice on the higher education achievement especially of those pupils from socially disadvantaged groups, in line with the recommendation of the Special Rapporteur on the right to education (A/HRC/4/29/Add.3).
34- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير عملية لاستعراض السياسات والممارسات الخاصة بتوجيه التلاميذ وتصنيفهم في مرحلة مبكرة على أن تراعي بصفة خاصة تأثير الممارسات على إنهاء مرحلة التعليم العالي، ولا سيما فيما يخص التلاميذ الذين ينتمون إلى الفئات المحرومة اجتماعياً بما يتمشى مع توصية المقرر الخاص المعني بالحق في التعليم (A/HRC/4/29/Add.3).

73. CESCR was concerned about the high number of pupils who left school without a diploma, particularly among the socially disadvantaged.
73- وأعربت لجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية عن قلقها إزاء ارتفاع عدد التلاميذ الذين يتركون الدراسة قبل حصولهم على شهادة دراسية، ولا سيما في أوساط الفئات المحرومة اجتماعياً.

The Committee is concerned that the number of pupils who leave schools without a diploma, particularly among the socially disadvantaged, remains high in spite of the various measures taken by the State party such as the individual counselling and monitoring services, and the special support to pupils with special needs (arts. 13, 2.2).
29- وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق لأن عدد التلاميذ الذين يتركون الدراسة قبل حصولهم على شهادة دراسية، ولا سيما في أوساط الفئات المحرومة اجتماعياً لا يزال مرتفعاً نسبياً على الرغم من مختلف التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف، مثل خدمات المشورة والرصد الفردية والدعم الخاص المقدم إلى التلاميذ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (المادتان 13 و2-2).
