80. The actions to be taken by the General Assembly are contained in section XVI of the eleventh annual progress report on the implementation of the capital master plan A/68/352.
80 - ترد الإجراءات المطلوب اتخاذها من الجمعية العامة في الفرع السادس عشر من التقرير المرحلي السنوي الحادي عشر عن تنفيذ المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر A/68/352.

The General Assembly, in its resolution 46/185 C of 20 December 1991, section XVI, paragraph 2, authorized the Commission to approve “the budget of the programme of the Fund and the administrative and programme support costs budget”.
وقد خولت الجمعية العامة لجنة المخدرات، في الفقرة ٢ من الفرع السادس عشر من قرارها ٤٦/١٨٥ جيم المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩١، الموافقة على ميزانية لبرنامج الصندوق وميزانية تكاليف الدعم اﻹداري والبرنامجي.

4. Welcomes the work of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened thirty-sixth session on the programme budget of the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, in accordance with the mandate contained in section XVI, paragraph 2, of General Assembly resolution 46/185 C of 20 December 1991;
٤ - ترحب بعمل لجنة المخدرات الذي قامت به في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين المنعقدة مجددا، بشأن الميزانية البرنامجية لصندوق برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات، وفقا للولاية الواردة في الفقرة ٢ من الفرع السادس عشر من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/١٨٥ جيم المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١؛

Bearing in mind the administrative and financial functions entrusted to it by the General Assembly in its resolution 46/185 C, section XVI, paragraph 2, of 20 December 1991,
اذ تضع في اعتبارها الوظاف الادارية والمالية التي عهدت بها اليها الجمعية العامة في الفقرة ٢ من الفرع السادس عشر من قرارها ٦٤/٥٨١ جيم ، المؤرخ ٠٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١ ،

إذ تأخذ في الاعتبار المهام الادارية والمالية المناطة بها من الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٦٤/٥٨١ جيم ، الفرع السادس عشر ، الفقرة ٢ ، المؤرخ ٠٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١ ،

Welcomes the work of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its thirty-eighth session on the programme budget of the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, in accordance with the mandate contained in section XVI, paragraph 2, of General Assembly resolution 46/185 C of 20 December 1991;
٥ - ترحب بعمل لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الثامنة والثلاثين بشأن الميزانية البرنامجية لصندوق برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات، وفقا للولاية الواردة في الفقرة ٢ من الفرع السادس عشر من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٦/١٨٥ جيم المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١؛

3. Welcomes the work of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs on the consideration of the programme budget of the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme, in accordance with the mandate contained in resolution 46/185 C of 20 December 1991, section XVI, paragraph 2;
٣ - ترحب بعمل لجنة المخدرات بشأن النظر في الميزانية البرنامجية لصندوق برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات، وفقا للولاية الواردة في الفقرة ٢ من الفرع السادس عشر من القرار ٤٦/١٨٥ جيم المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩١؛
