كما طلبت إلى الفريق العامل أن يتشاور مع الدول والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية في تنفيذ هذا القرار، وأن يقدم في تقريره إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والستين استنتاجاته بشأن استخدام المرتزقة كوسيلة لتقويض الحق في التمتع بحقوق الإنسان وإعاقة حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير، وأن يقدم توصيات محددة بشأن هذه المسألة.
