In pursuance of her recommendations to the Working Group at its fifth session as endorsed by the Commission on Human Rights, the Chairperson has since conducted broad informal consultations with Governments, United Nations bodies and specialized agencies, international and regional organizations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

16. In a statement on behalf of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the observer for Cuba welcomed the convening of the task force meeting, and expressed NAM's continuing support for the approach adopted by the Working Group at its fifth session in 2004, as well as for the work of the high-level task force.
16- وفي بيان باسم حركة عدم الانحياز، رحبت المراقبة عن كوبا باجتماع فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى، وأعربت عن دعم الحركة المستمر للنهج الذي اتبعه الفريق العامل في دورته الخامسة في 2004، ولعمل فرقة العمل الرفيعة المستوى.

10. The task force will adopt, in a private meeting, conclusions and recommendations and finalize its report to the Working Group on the Right to Development at its seventh session, in accordance with the terms of reference set forth by the Working Group at its fifth session (see E/CN.4/2004/23).
11- ستعتمد فرقة العمل الاستنتاجات والتوصيات، في جلسة خاصة، وتضع الصيغة النهائية لتقريرها إلى الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية في دورته السابعة، وفقاً للاختصاصات التي حددها الفريق العامل في دورته الخامسة (انظر E/CN.4/2004/23).
