Noting the complexity of this subject, the intersessional working group produced a work programme under which it could analyse the issue and prepare a report for submission, through the Open-ended Working Group, to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting.
وبالنظر إلى تعقد هذا الموضوع فإن الفريق العامل لما بين الدورات أصدر برنامج عمل يمكن بموجبه أن يحلل القضية وأن يعد تقريراً للتقديم، عن طريق الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه الثامن.

The observer for the World Customs Organization (WCO) invited the members of the Open-ended Working Group to submit proposals, by the end of June 2003, via the secretariat, regarding amendments to the WCO Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (Harmonized System).
