27. Mr. Silva (Brazil), introducing the draft resolution on behalf of the Bureau, said that it followed the pattern of previous General Assembly resolutions on texts presented by the International Law Commission, with a few technical updates.
27 - السيد سيلفا (البرازيل): قال في معرض تقديمه لمشروع القرار باسم المكتب إن مشروع القرار يتبع نمط القرارات السابقة للجمعية العامة بشأن النصوص المقدمة من لجنة القانون الدولي، مع بعض التحديثات الفنية.

37. Ms. Abayena (Ghana), introducing the draft resolution on behalf of the Bureau, said that the text was very much the same as in previous years and was based largely on General Assembly resolution 67/91, but with a few changes, including the addition of three new preambular paragraphs.
37 - السيدة أبايينا (غانا): عرضت مشروع القرار باسم المكتب قائلة إن النص هو إلى حد كبير نفس النص المعتمد في الأعوام السابقة، وهو يستند إلى حد كبير إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 67/91، ولكن مع بضعة تعديلات، بما في ذلك إضافة ثلاث فقرات جديدة في الديباجة.

20. Mr. Silva (Brazil), introducing the draft resolution on behalf of the Bureau, said that the text was very much similar to those of previous years and updated General Assembly resolution 67/92, focusing in particular on the areas reflected in chapters II, III and XII of the Report of the International Law Commission on the work of its sixty-third and sixty-fifth sessions (A/68/10).
29 - السيد سيلفا (البرازيل): قال في معرض تقديمه لمشروع القرار باسم المكتب إن النص يشبه إلى حد كبير النصوص الصادرة في السنوات السابقة، وهو تحديث لقرار الجمعية العامة 67/92، حيث يركز بوجه خاص على المجالات المبينة في الفصول الثاني والثالث والثاني عشر من تقرير لجنة القانون الدولي عن أعمال دورتيها الثالثة والستين والخامسة والستين (A/68/10).

Mr. Norman (Canada), introducing the draft resolution on behalf of the Bureau, said that the text incorporated technical updates reflecting developments arising from the April 2013 meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee established by General Assembly resolution 51/210 of 17 December 1996, as well as some nonsubstantive changes suggested by several delegations, to which no objections had been raised.
114- السيد نورمان (كندا): عرض مشروع القرار باسم المكتب قائلاً إن النص يضم معلومات تقنية مستكملة، وهي تعكس التطوّرات الناشئة عن اجتماع نيسان/أبريل 2013 للجنة المخصصة التي أنشأتها الجمعية العامة بموجب القرار 51/210 المؤرخ 17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1996، إضافة إلى بعض التغييرات غير الفنية المقترحة من جانب العديد من الوفود، التي لم يُثَر بشأنها أي اعتراضات.
