section H makes observations on difficulties encountered by some Parties in following the UNFCCC guidelines, which could be taken up in any discussion on revision of the guidelines.

Two important complementary issues, remittances and capital outflows are the subject of section H. The final section summaries the discussion with emphasis on policies.

In particular, the Secretariat sought clarification from the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya regarding the text contained in paragraphs 3 (a) (i), 3 (a) (iii) and 3 (b) (i) of the draft decision contained in section H of the annex to the present report.
وعلى وجه الخصوص، طلبت الأمانة من الجماهيرية العربية الليبية إيضاحات بالنسبة للنصوص الواردة في الفقرات 3 (أ) ' 1`، و3 (أ) ' 3` و3 (ب) ' 1` من مشروع المقرر الوارد في القسم حاء من مرفق هذا التقرير.

To forward to the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties for its consideration the draft decision contained in section H of the annex to the present report.

The resultant amount is compared to the local currency amount as initially determined under subparagraph 5 (b) above and then adjusted under section H above.

The dollar amount as initially determined under subparagraph 5 (a) above and then adjusted under section H above, is converted to the local currency equivalent by using the exchange rate in effect for the month preceding the calendar quarter of that payment.

The Meeting had before it document UNEP/OzL.Pro.18/3, section H of which dealt with key challenges to be faced by the Parties in protecting the ozone layer over the next decade, and submissions from several Parties regarding those challenges (UNEP/Ozl.Pro.18/INF/5).

Lastly, the recommendation invited Greece to send a representative to the current meeting to discuss the matter and, in the absence of the requested submissions, provided that the draft decision contained in the annex (section H) to the present report would be forwarded to the Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties for consideration and possible adoption.
وفي النهاية دعت التوصية اليونان إلى إرسال ممثل إلى هذا الاجتماع لمناقشة هذه المسألة وفي غياب التقديمات المطلوبة، نصت على إحالة مشروع المقرر الوارد في المرفق (القسم حاء) لهذا التقرير إلى الاجتماع الثامن عشر للأطراف لبحثه وإمكان اعتماده.

The PI-O has improved prenatal care, providing an average of 1.3 million consultations per year (6.5 consultations per woman, on average, see Annex 10, section H), and offers guidance to women and men of reproductive age through community workshops on SRH.
ويدعم برنامج المعهد المكسيكي للتأمين الاجتماعي - الفرص الرعاية السابقة للولادة، من خلال تقديم ما مجموعه 1,3 من ملايين الاستشارات في المتوسط كل عام (6,5 استشارات في المتوسط لكل امرأة، انظر المرفق العاشر، القسم حاء)، ويوفر الإرشاد للنساء والرجال الذين هم في سن الإنجاب، عن طريق حلقات عمل مجتمعية عن الصحة الجنسية والإنجابية.
