Government Resolution No. 283 of 05 June 2013 approved the legislative intent for recodification of civil procedure law.

From the foregoing, it may be concluded that it was the legislative intent in the case of all subsidiary organs under review that, as a minimum requirement, they should be composed of persons with a certain level of expert knowledge and experience in the area of work in which the organ would be engaged.
٤٥ - مما سبق، يمكن استنتاج أن القصد التشريعي في حالة جميع الهيئات الفرعية قيد الاستعراض ينصرف، كمطلب الحد اﻷدنى، إلى أن تتكون من أشخاص على مستوى معين من المعرفة والخبرة الجديرة بالخبراء في مجال العمل الذي ساهم فيه الجهاز.

255. The recodification commission for the Civil Code continues its work on the draft paragraph wording of the new Slovak Civil Code based on the legislative intent of the Civil Code approved by Government Resolution No. 13 of 14 January 2009, giving appropriate consideration to the need to reflect the international commitments of the Slovak Republic in the conception of its individual parts.

However, it can only reiterate that it is totally unusual in German legislative practice to explicitly state in the legislative intent that the new domestic regulation affects obligations arising from multilateral international agreements ratified by Germany (apart from the Covenant, e.g. also Conventions of the International Labour Organization and the European Social Charter) and that it is compatible with these obligations.
