7. In accordance with article 12 of the Statute of the Tribunal, the five judges of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 shall also serve as members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
٧ - ووفقا للمادة ١٢ من النظام اﻷساسي للمحكمة يكون القضاة الخمسة لدائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي التي ارتكبت في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابق، منذ عام ١٩٩١، هم أيضا أعضاء دائرة الاستئناف بالمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا.

8. In accordance with article 12 of the statute of the Tribunal, the five judges of the Appeals Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 shall also serve as members of the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.

12. In line with the cyclical election or re-election of judges, the term of office of five newly elected or re-elected members of the Court commenced in 2003, a further five judges will be newly elected or re-elected for terms of office commencing in February 2006 and the remaining five judges will be newly elected or re-elected for terms of office commencing in February 2009.
12 - وتمشيا مع دورة انتخاب أو إعادة انتخاب القضاة، بدأت فترة تولي خمسة قضاه منتخبين جدد أو معاد انتخابهم أعضاء في المحكمة في عام 2003، وسيتم انتخاب خمسة قضاه إما جدد أو معاد انتخابهم لفترة ولاية تبدأ في شباط/ فبراير 2006، وبالنسبة لبقية القضاة الخمسة سيتم انتخاب قضاة جدد أو معاد انتخابهم لمدد تبدأ في شباط/ فبراير 2009.

Four of those five judges will be redeployed to the Appeals Chamber: Judge Byron (the President of the Tribunal), Judge Khan (Vice-President and Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber III), Judge Sekule (Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber II) and Judge Ramaroson.
