Although such weapons are not heavy military equipment, as defined in the Agreement on a Cease-fire and Separation of Forces signed in Moscow on 14 May 1994, they cannot be regarded as personal weapons either, and the parties can therefore be said to be not in compliance with the spirit of the agreement.

١٠ - يكرر اﻹعراب عن تشجيعه الدول لﻹسهام في صندوق التبرعات لدعم تنفيذ الاتفاق المتعلق بوقف اطلاق النار والفصل بين القوات الموقع في موسكو في ١٤ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٤ و/أو من أجل الجوانب الانسانية بما في ذلك ازالة اﻷلغام، على النحو الذي حدده المانحون؛

2. Calls for the provisions that were set out in paragraph 2 (a) of the Agreement on a Ceasefire and Separation of Forces signed at Moscow on 14 May 1994 to be respected, pending consultations and agreement on a revised security regime, taking note of the recommendations on the security regime contained in the report of the SecretaryGeneral of 3 February 2009;
