267- وتجدر الإشارة أخيراً إلى أنّ المشرع التونسي نظّم صيغ القوامة على الأطفال بالقانون عدد 27 لسنة 1958 المؤرخ 4آذار/مارس 1958 المتعلق بالولاية العمومية والكفالة والتبنّي.
