وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن اللاجئين القُصﱠر الذين لا يرافقهم أحد هـم مــن أضعف فئات اللاجئين ويحتاجون إلى المساعدة والرعاية بصفة خاصة،

3. Requests the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and other United Nations organizations concerned to take appropriate steps to mobilize resources commensurate to the needs and interests of the unaccompanied refugee minors and for their reunification with their families;
٣ - تطلب إلى مفوضية اﻷمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين ومؤسسات اﻷمم المتحدة المعنية اﻷخرى اتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لتعبئة الموارد التي تتناسب واحتياجات ومصالح اللاجئين القُصﱠر الذين لا يرافقهم أحد من أجل جمع شملهم بأسرهم؛

4. Condemns all acts of exploitation of the unaccompanied refugee minors, including their use as soldiers or human shields in armed conflict and their recruitment in military forces, and any other acts that endanger their safety and personal security;
٤ - تدين جميع اﻷفعال المتمثلة في استغلال اللاجئين القُصﱠر الذين لا يرافقهم أحد بما في ذلك استخدامهم كجنود أو كدروع بشرية في المنازعات المسلحة وتجنيدهم في القوات العسكرية، وأية أفعال أخرى تعرض سلامتهم وأمنهم الشخصي للخطر؛
