7. ٧ - وفي اجتماع مجلس رؤساء دول رابطة الدول المستقلة المعقود في موسكو في ٢٨ آذار/مارس، تقرر أن تسعى الدول اﻷعضاء جاهدة الى التوصل في أقرب وقت ممكن الى تسوية سياسية شاملة للنزاع في أبخازيا، جورجيا، وعودة اللاجئين والمشردين الى ديارهم.
