6.7 There being no other obstacles to the admissibility the Committee concludes that the communication is admissible as it raises issues under articles 7 and 2, paragraph 3 of the Covenant and proceeds to its examination on the merits.

7.4 In view of the above, and in the absence of other pertinent explanations on this matter by the State party, the Committee concludes that the absence of investigations to establish responsibility for the kidnapping and murder of the victims amounted to a denial of justice.
7-4 وفي ضوء ما سبق ذكره، وفي غياب أي توضيحات أخرى ذات صلة من قبل الدولة الطرف، فإن اللجنة تخلص إلى أن عدم إجراء تحقيقات لإثبات المسؤولية عن خطف الضحيتين وقتلهما يعدّ بمثابة إنكار للعدالة.

Therefore, the Committee concludes that the State party has violated article 14, paragraphs 1, and 3 (g), of the Covenant in respect of Mr. Deolall.
