196- وأُنشئ فريق مؤلّف من رؤساء المجموعات الإقليمية الخمس (ممثّلَي نيجيريا وتركيا والمراقبين عن بوليفيا (دولة - المتعددة القوميات) والفلبين وسلوفينيا)، وممثّل الأرجنتين (باسم مجموعة الـ77 والصين) والمراقب عن الجمهورية التشيكية (باسم الاتحاد الأوروبي) لمساعدة رئيس اللجنة في معالجة المسائل التنظيمية.

Her delegation welcomed the opportunity to hear the experience of members of the Committee in addressing from a gender perspective the issues of social justice her country was facing.
ويرحب وفد بلدها بالفرصة التي تهيأت له للاستماع إلى تجربة أعضاء اللجنة في معالجة قضايا العدالة الاجتماعية التي يواجهها بلدها، من منظور يراعي نوع الجنس.

65. Ms. Nduwayo (Burundi) said that her delegation could not provide information on the number of magistrates who encouraged private settlements of rape cases because the practice was not permitted. The Family Code did not include any provisions relating to polygamy and her delegation would welcome assistance from the Committee in addressing that issue.
65 - السيدة إندووايو (بوروندي): قالت إنه يتعذر على وفدها تقديم معلومات عن عدد القضاة الذين يشجعون على التسويات الخاصة لقضايا الاغتصاب لأن هذه الممارسات ممنوعة.ولا يتضمن قانون الأحوال الشخصية والأسرة أية أحكام تتعلق بتعدد الزوجات وأن وفدها يرحب بأي مساعدة من قبل اللجنة في معالجة هذه المسألة.

Therefore, the Committee requests the General Assembly, at its sixty-eighth session, to approve the present request and provide appropriate financial support for the Committee's resolution of its current backlog of communications and reports.
وبناءً عليه، تطلب اللجنة إلى الجمعية العامة أن توافق، في دورتها الثامنة والستين، على الطلب الحالي وأن توفر الدعم المالي المناسب لمساعدة اللجنة في معالجة العدد الحالي المتراكم لديها من البلاغات والتقارير.
