٣-٣ وإلى أن تتخذ اللجنة قرارها بشأن الوقائع الموضوعية لبلاغه، يطلب مقدم البلاغ من اللجنة أن تطلب من سويسرا، بموجب الفقرة ٩ من المادة ١٠٨ من النظام الداخلي ألا تنفذ أمر الطرد الصادر ضده.
