5.4 In the light of the above, the author maintains that she has fulfilled all the admissibility requirements set out in the Optional Protocol to the Covenant before submitting the present communication to the Committee and that her case can be examined on the merits.

6.3 As regards the admissibility criterion in article 5, paragraph 2 (b), the State party alleges that the author's constitutional complaints concerned other rights than those invoked before the Committee and that he thereby has failed to exhaust domestic remedies.

It had also suggested that its overall experiences and findings could be conveyed to the Commission and that experts could participate in any relevant panel discussion in order to highlight the views of the Committee.
