The Council, in its decision 1990/251 of 25 May 1990, approved the Committee's provisional rules of procedure and also approved the holding of a pre-sessional working group of the Committee one to three months prior to the session.
وفي المقرر ٠٩٩١/١٥٢ المؤرخ في ٥٢ أيار/مايو ٠٩٩١، وافق المجلس على النظام الداخلي المؤقت للجنة كما وافق على عقد اجتماع للفريق العامل السابق للدورة والتابع للجنة قبل انعقاد دورة اللجنة بمدة تتراوح بين شهر وثلاثة أشهر.

8. The Chairman drew attention to draft decision A/C.6/60/L.16/Rev.1, containing the Committee's provisional programme of work for the sixty-first session of the General Assembly, as proposed by the Bureaux.

At its eighteenth session in April 2013, the Committee adopted a list of issues prior to the submission of the initial report (CMW/C/BLZ/QPR/1), based on rule 31 bis of the Committee's provisional rules of procedure (A/67/48, para. 26), which was transmitted to the State party on 1 May 2013.
واعتمدت اللجنة، في دورتها الثامنة عشرة المعقودة في نيسان/أبريل 2013، قائمة بالمسائل قبل أن تقدم بليز تقريرها الأولي (CMW/BLZ/QPR/1)، وذلك استناداً إلى المادة 31 مكرراً من النظام الداخلي المؤقت للجنة (A/67/48، الفقرة 26)، وأحيلت قائمة المسائل إلى الدولة الطرف في 1 أيار/مايو 2013.

At the opening of the 242nd meeting (twentieth session) on 31 March 2014, newly elected members, who will serve from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2017, made the solemn declaration in accordance with rule 11 of the Committee's provisional rules of procedure.

He thanked delegations for showing flexibility with respect to the subtopics selected for inclusion on the Committee's provisional agenda for the sixty-eighth and sixty-ninth sessions of the General Assembly as reflected in paragraph 17: " The rule of law and the peaceful settlement of international disputes " and " Sharing States' national practices in strengthening the rule of law through access to justice " , respectively.
وشكر الوفود على ما أبدته من مرونة فيما يتعلق بالمواضيع الفرعية التي تم اختيارها لإدراجها في جدول الأعمال المؤقت للجنة في الدورتين الثامنة والستين والتاسعة والستين للجمعية العامة كما انعكس في الفقرة 17: " سيادة القانون وتسوية الخلافات الدولية بالوسائل السلمية " و " تبادل الممارسات الوطنية للدول في تعزيز سيادة القانون من خلال إمكانية اللجوء إلى القضاء " ، على التوالي.

Should they not report within one year, the Committee would consider the situation of child rights in the State in the absence of the initial report, as foreseen in the Committee's " Overview of the reporting procedures " (CRC/C/33, paras. 29-32) and in light of rule 67 of the Committee's provisional rules of procedure (CRC/C/4).
وفي حالة عدم تقديم تقاريرها في فترة السنة فإن اللجنة ستنظر في حالة حقوق الطفل في تلك الدول دون أن تنتظر التقرير الأولي للدولة، وذلك على النحو المتوخى في " استعراض إجراءات الإبلاغ " CRC/C/33)، الفقرات 29-32) التي وضعتها اللجنة، وفي ضوء المادة 67 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت للجنة (CRC/C/4).

The Committee further decided to inform those States parties in the same letter that should they not report within that time, the Committee would consider the situation of child rights in the State in the absence of an initial report, as foreseen in the Committee's " Overview of the reporting procedures " (CRC/C/33, paras. 29-32) and in light of rule 67 of the Committee's provisional rules of procedure (CRC/C/4).
وقررت اللجنة كذلك إبلاغ تلك الدول الأطراف في الرسالة ذاتها بأنه في حالة عدم تقديم تقاريرها في فترة السنة فإن اللجنة سوف تنظر في حالة حقوق الطفل في تلك الدول بدون تقرير أولي منها، وذلك على النحو المتوخى في " استعراض إجراءات الإبلاغ " CRC/C/33)، الفقرات 29-32) التي وضعتها اللجنة، وفي ضوء المادة 67 من النظام الداخلي المؤقت للجنة (CRC/C/4).
