652. The Committee adopts the revised general guidelines for the preparation of initial reports, as follows:

5. The initial report of Ireland, which followed the revised general guidelines regarding the form and content of reports of State Parties, was submitted to the SecretaryGeneral of the United Nations in 1996.

182. Members of the Committee noted that the report under consideration was somewhat brief and not fully in accordance with the Committee's revised general guidelines.
