112- وتُدعى مصارف التنمية الإقليمية والمنظمات الإقليمية للبلدان النامية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية الإقليمية إلى إيلاء مشاكل واحتياجات وإنجازات أقل البلدان نمواً اهتماماً كاملاً في ما تجريه من تحليل ورصد اقتصاديين، وإلى تقديم المساهمات المناسبة في عملية المتابعة والاستعراض على الصعيد العالمي.
