Global Programme of Action 4. As stated in the Global Programme of Action, paragraph 97, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs and the United Nations drug control bodies should continuously monitor progress on the implementation of the Global Programme of Action and the Secretary-General should report annually to the General Assembly on all activities relating to the Global Programme of Action and the efforts of Governments.
٤ - ينبغي للجنة المخدرات ، وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المعنية بمكافحة المخدرات ، مثلما ورد في الفقرة ٧٩ من برنامج العمل العالمي ، أن ترصد باستمرار التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ برنامج العمل العالمي ، وأن يقدم اﻷمين العام تقارير سنويا الى الجمعية العامة عن جميع اﻷنشطة المتصلة ببرنامج العمل العالمي وعن الجهود التي تبذلها الحكومات .

Furthermore, in the outcome document of the High-level Meeting of the General Assembly on Youth: Dialogue and Mutual Understanding, held in New York on 25 and 26 July 2011, the Assembly reiterated its request to the Secretary-General to propose a set of possible indicators linked to the World Programme of Action for Youth and the proposed goals and targets.
