ويدعو نص مشروع القرار دول المنطقة التي لم تنضم بعد إلى جميع الصكوك القانونية المتصلة بميدان نزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار التي تم التوصل إليها في مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف أن تقوم بذلك، ويشجع جميع الدول على تعزيز إقامة تدابير بناء الثقة فيما بينها وكذلك المصارحة والشفافية.

In the area of disarmament, the text calls on all States of the region that have not yet done so to adhere to all multilateral legal instruments related to the field of disarmament and nuclear non-proliferation and calls on all States to promote confidence-building measures, openness and transparency.
وفي مجال نزع السلاح، يناشد النص جميع الدول في المنطقة، التي لم تفعل ذلك بعد، أن تنضم إلى جميع الصكوك القانونية المتعددة الأطراف، المتصلة بميدان نزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار النووي، ويهيب بجميع الدول تشجيع تدابير بناء الثقة والانفتاح والشفافية.

Spain welcomes the adoption of resolution 60/94, entitled " Strengthening of security and cooperation in the Mediterranean region " , and welcomes as well the request to all States to adhere to all the multilaterally negotiated instruments related to the field of disarmament and non-proliferation.
ترحب إسبانيا باعتماد القرار 60/94 المعنون " تعزيز الأمن والتعاون في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط " كما ترحب بمنطوق القرار الذي يهيب بجميع الدول أن تنضم إلى جميع الصكوك المتصلة بميدان نزع السلاح وعدم الانتشار التي تم التوصل إليها في مفاوضات متعددة الأطراف.
