Such data and information shall remain confidential if the contractor establishes that there would be a substantial risk of serious and unfair economic prejudice if the data and information were to be released.
وتظل هذه البيانات والمعلومات سرية إذا أثبت المتعاقد أنها إذا أفشيت فسيؤدي هذا إلى خطر جسيم يلحق به ضررا اقتصاديا فادحا وجائرا.

24.1 When circumstances have arisen or are likely to arise which, in the opinion of the Authority or the contractor, would render this contract inequitable or make it impracticable or impossible to achieve the objectives set out in this contract or in Part XI of the Convention or the Agreement, the parties shall enter into negotiations to revise it accordingly.
٢٤-١ عندما تنشأ أو يكون من المحتمل أن تنشأ ظروف ترى السلطة أو المتعاقد أنها قد تجعل هذا العقد غير عادل أو تجعل من غير العملي أو من المستحيل تحقيق اﻷهداف الواردة فيه أو في الجزء الحادي عشر من الاتفاقية أو في الاتفاق، يتفاوض الطرفان على تنقيحه وفقا لذلك.
