Some States parties, to which the Views of the Committee have been transmitted in relation to communications concerning them, have failed to accept the Committee's Views, in whole or in part, or have attempted to re-argue the case by providing new information.
وقد امتنعت بعض الدول الأطراف، التي أحيلت إليها آراء اللجنة المتعلقة بالبلاغات التي تخصها، عن قبول آراء اللجنة، كلياً أو جزئياً، أو سعت إلى معاودة بحث القضية بتقديم معلومات جديدة.

8. During the session, all Working Group members proceeded to an inventory of all case files for the communications in which they are case rapporteurs.
