The Committee also notes with concern that there is no legal minimum age for employment in accordance with ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.

In addition, the Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party ratify ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.

SUNGO recommended that Samoa take measures to reduce numbers of child vendors, consistently with its obligations under ILO Convention No. 182 concerning the prohibition and immediate action for the elimination of the worst forms of child labour and ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.

The Committee welcomes the ratification by the State party party's ratification of ILO Conventions No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment in 1984 and No. 182 concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour in 1984 and 2000 respectively and the strategies implemented to prevent and combat child labour.
576- ترحب اللجنة بتصديق الدولة الطرف على اتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام في عام 1984 ورقم 182 المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال واتخاذ تدابير فورية للقضاء عليها في عام 2000 وبالاستراتيجيات التي تم تنفيذها لمنع استخدام الأطفال ومكافحته.

5. CRC and the Independent Expert on human rights and extreme poverty urged Bangladesh to consider ratifying the ILO Convention No. 138 concerning Minimum Age for Admission to Employment.
5- وحثت لجنة حقوق الطفل والخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بمسألة الفقر المدقع وحقوق الإنسان بنغلاديش على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام(20).

61. Article 25, paragraph 1 (b), of the Convention provides that laws and regulations on the minimum age of employment shall equally apply to migrant children.

The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying ILO Convention (No. 138) regarding Minimum Age for Admission to Employment (1973) and the new ILO Convention (No. 182) concerning the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour (1999).
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية (رقم 138) المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام (لعام 1973) واتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية الجديدة (رقم 182) المتعلقة بحظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال والإجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها (لعام 1999).

The Committee suggests that the State party consider the ratification of ILO Convention No. 138 on minimum age for admission to employment.
وتقترح اللجنة أن تنظر الدولة الطرف في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم ٨٣١ المتعلقة بالحد اﻷدنى لسن الاستخدام.

The Committee also suggests that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 138 concerning the Minimum Age for admission to employment.
وتقترح اللجنة أيضاً أن تنظر الدولة الطرف في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 المتعلقة بالحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام.
