Furthermore, in its resolution 6/4 on the implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the Organized Crime Convention, the Conference noted that technical assistance was a fundamental part of the work carried out by UNODC to assist Member States in the effective implementation of the Convention and its Protocols.

The present report has been prepared pursuant to resolution 5/6, entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " , adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime at its fifth session.
1- أُعدَّ هذا التقرير عملاً بالقرار 5/6 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية " ، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية في دورته الخامسة.

The recommendations of that Working Group are contained in Conference decision 4/3 entitled " Implementation of the Provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " .
وترد توصيات الفريق العامل في مقرّر المؤتمر 4/3 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية " .

Its recommendations were adopted by the Conference and are contained in Conference decision 4/3, entitled " Implementation of the provisions on technical assistance of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime " .
وقد اعتمد المؤتمر توصياته التي ترد في مقرر المؤتمر 4/3 المعنون " تنفيذ الأحكام المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية " .

The Commission will have before it a note by the Secretariat entitled " Coordination of work " (A/CN.9/584), providing a brief survey of the work of international organizations related to the harmonization of international trade law, including both substantive work and work on technical assistance to law reform.
25- سوف يكون معروضا أمام اللجنة مذكّرة عنوانها " تنسيق الأعمال " (A/CN.9/584) تقدّم استعراضا موجزا لأعمال المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة بتنسيق القانون التجاري الدولي، بما في ذلك الأعمال الموضوعية وكذلك الأعمال المتعلقة بالمساعدة التقنية في إصلاح القوانين.
