The Committee recommends that the State party review and revise its current legislation in order to establish extraterritorial jurisdiction for crimes regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities when they are committed by or against a person who is a citizen of or has other links with the State party.
16- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بمراجعة وتنقيح تشريعاتها الحالية بغية إقامة ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم على الجرائم المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في الأعمال القتالية إذا ارتكب هذه الجرائم شخص أو ارتُكِبت ضد شخص من مواطني الدولة الطرف أو تربطه بها روابط أخرى.

(b) Explicitly criminalize by reform of the Penal Code violations of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities;

The Committee reiterates its recommendation that the State party adopt all legal measures necessary to ensure, at the State, entity, and district levels, that the violation of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities be explicitly criminalized in the State party's criminal legislation.
69- تكرر اللجنة توصيتها بأن تعتمد الدولة الطرف جميع التدابير القانونية اللازمة لضمان أن يتضمن القانون الجنائي في الدولة الطرف تجريماً صريحاً لانتهاك أحكام البرتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في أعمال القتال، وذلك على صُعُد الدولة والكيان والمقاطعة.

Revise the Penal Code and include a provision which explicitly criminalizes violations of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities, and include a definition of direct participation in hostilities;
(أ) مراجعة قانون العقوبات لإدراج حكم فيه يُجرِّم صراحة انتهاكات أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في الأعمال القتالية، وتضمينه تعريفاً للمشاركة المباشرة في الأعمال القتالية؛

The Committee recommends that the State party provide an explicit provision in the Penal Code to criminalize violations of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities and that it include a definition of direct participation in hostilities.
15- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإدراج حكم في قانون العقوبات يُجرِّم صراحة انتهاكات أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في الأعمال القتالية، وتضمينه تعريفاً للمشاركة المباشرة في الأعمال القتالية.

14- توصي اللجنة بأن تعتمد الدولة الطرف جميع التدابير القانونية اللازمة لضمان التجريم الصريح في القانون الجنائي في الدولة الطرف لانتهاك أحكام البرتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في أعمال القتال، وذلك على صعيد الدولة والكيانين معاً.

9. The Committee on the Rights of the Child (CRC) recommended that Liechtenstein revise relevant legislation, and include provisions which explicitly criminalize violations of the provisions of the Optional Protocol regarding the recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities; and include a definition of direct participation in hostilities.
9- وأوصت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق الطفل بأن تنقح ليختنشتاين القوانين ذات الصلة، وأن تدرج الأحكام التي تنص صراحة على تجريم انتهاكات أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري المتعلقة بتجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في القتال؛ وأن تدرج تعريفاً للمشاركة المباشرة في القتال(18).
