Another project had been added to the Commission's work programme as a result of the decision to revise its 1994 Model Law on Procurement of Goods, Construction and Services.
وأضيف مشروع آخر إلى برنامج عمل اللجنة نتيجة القرار المتخذ لتنقيح قانونها النموذجي لعام 1994 المتعلق باشتراء السلع والإنشاءات والخدمات.

It had also enacted legislation based on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Procurement of Goods, Construction and Services.
وقد سنّت أيضا تشريعات على أساس القانون النموذجي للأونسيترال المتعلق بالتحكيم التجاري الدولي، وقانونها النموذجي المتعلق باشتراء السلع والإنشاءات والخدمات.

It was noted that, although the draft Guide was presented in the form of amendments to the already existing Guide to Enactment of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Procurement of Goods and Construction, the actual intention was not to make amendments to that Guide but to prepare a second document, without disturbing the existing Guide to Enactment.
ولوحظ أنه على الرغم من أن مشروع الدليل قدم في شكل تعديلات على دليل التشريع القائم بالفعل للقانون النموذجي المتعلق باشتراء السلع والانشاءات الذي وضعته لجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي، وكانت النية بالفعل عدم ادخال تعديلات على ذلك الدليل وإنما إعداد وثيقة ثانية دون المس بدليل التشريع القائم.

Under the operative part of the draft resolution I, entitled “Model Law on Procurement of Goods, Construction and Services of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law”, the General Assembly would take note with satisfaction of the completion and adoption of the Model Law together with the Guide to Enactment of the Model Law.
وبموجب منطوق مشروع القرار اﻷول المعنون " القانون النموذجي للجنة اﻷمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي المتعلق باشتراء السلع والانشاءات والخدمات " تحيط الجمعية العامة علما مع الارتياح بإنجاز واعتماد اللجنة للقانون النموذجي الى جانب الدليل المتعلق بسن القانون النموذجي.
