11.3 As the Committee has already explained in its decision on admissibility (para. 4.3 above), the right to property, as such, is not protected under the Covenant.
١١-٣ ولقد أوضحت اللجنة من قبل في قرارها المتعلق بالقبول )الفقرة ٤-٣ أعلاه(، أن الحق في الملكية لا يتمتع، في حد ذاته، بحماية بموجب العهد.

8.5 On balance, while appreciating the State party's further clarifications about the availability of judicial remedies for the author's claims, the Committee sees no reason to revise its decision on admissibility of 8 July 1992.

The Committee has studied the materials submitted by the parties, including the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the constitutionality of the Procedure for Admission and the Inventory Schedule.
ونظرت اللجنة في المواد المقدمة من الطرفين، بما في ذلك قرار المحكمة الدستورية المتعلق بدستورية الإجراء المتعلق بالقبول وجدول البنود.

As the Procedure for Admission into the Position of a State Servant's regulations, approved by the Government's Resolution No. 966, did not require recording the oral exam, the author claimed that he did not have the possibility to prove that he was unfairly evaluated at his oral exam.
ولما كانت لوائح الإجراء المتعلق بالقبول في الوظيفة العامة، التي وافقت عليها الحكومة في قرارها رقم 966، لا تقتضي تسجيل الامتحان الشفوي، ادعى صاحب البلاغ أنه لم يكن بإمكانه إثبات أنه قيِّم في الامتحان الشفوي تقييماً غير منصف.
